Text Messaging Terms

Businesses that use JobOmni can send text messages to their customers about their projects. These terms describe those messages.

What you'll receive

Messages about your project from the business you're working with, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, project and crew updates, estimates and documents to review or sign, payment reminders, and replies to your questions. These are not marketing messages.

How you opt in

By giving the business your mobile number when you request service, schedule an appointment or work with them on a project, and agreeing to receive texts about it.

How often

Message frequency varies with your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, contact the business that texted you, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
