JobOmni is a job management platform used by roofing and field-service businesses to run their work: estimates, scheduling, photos, documents, invoices and conversations with their customers. This policy explains what information JobOmni handles and how.
Who we handle information for
Most of the information in JobOmni belongs to the business using it (your contractor, if you are their customer). JobOmni stores and processes it on that business's behalf. If you are a customer of a business that uses JobOmni, that business decides what it collects and how it contacts you, and you can ask them about your information directly.
Information we handle
- Account information for people who sign in: name, work email, phone number and role.
- Customer and project information entered by a business: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, project details, photos, documents, estimates, signatures, invoices and payment records.
- Messages sent or received through JobOmni, such as emails and text messages between a business and its customers.
- Technical information needed to run the service securely, such as sign-in records, device and browser type, and basic usage logs.
How the information is used
To provide the service: to let businesses manage their jobs, communicate with their customers, collect signatures and payments, and keep records. We also use technical information to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging
Businesses using JobOmni may send text messages to their customers about their projects — for example appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, documents to review or sign, payment reminders, and replies to questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Text Messaging Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who else processes information
We use trusted service providers to run JobOmni — for example cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, text message delivery and mapping. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Security and retention
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited by user permissions. Information is kept for as long as the business using JobOmni needs it for its records, or as required by law.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete information a business holds about you, contact that business. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. For questions about this policy, email [email protected].
